Our main objective is to promote scientific and educational activities towards the advancement of common man's life by improving the theory and practice of Aeronautical, Avionics, Robotics, Production, Industrial engineering, Thermal Mechanical Engineering and Technology, systems science and engineering, information processing and related arts and sciences. We believe that the conferences are the discussion forums to present and disseminate the ideas and research innovations. As a catalyst AMAE sponsors and organizes conferences, workshop, seminars and/or awareness programs by providing the technical and other supports to improve research and development activities.

Policies for AMAE Conference Sponsorship

The AMAE actively and regularly participates in technical conferences in the related field. This document describes the procedures, responsibilities and policies for obtaining AMAE sponsorship for a conference. The AMAE provides following sponsorships to conferences:

A. Sponsorship
In this category, proceedings publication will be fully sponsored by the AMAE. Upon approval of the sponsorship application, AMAE will publish the proceedings on our own for the specific conference. Complete freedom and sole responsibility of the technical, financial, publicity and administrative aspects of the conference is handled by the Host university/institution. Organizing institution has to follow several AMAE quality parameters in the review, acceptance and presentation of research papers.

B. Co-Sponsorship
Co-Sponsorship indicates a shared involvement of Host university/institution in publishing the proceedings. In co-Sponsorship, shared and significant cost of publication is expected from organizing institution where AMAE will partly bear the publication cost. Complete freedom and sole responsibility of the technical, financial, publicity and administrative aspects of the conference is handled by the Host institution. Organizers have to follow several AMAE quality parameters in the review, acceptance and presentation of research papers.

C. Technical Sponsorship
In Technical Co-Sponsorship, AMAE will obtain the proceedings publication approval from any one of the publication agencies like, ASME, Springer, IDES CPS, ACTRA, SPIE, and Academy Publisher on the behalf of organizing institution. Complete proceedings publication cost has to be bearded by the organizing institution. Organizers have to follow several Respective Publisher’s and AMAEs quality parameters in the review, acceptance and presentation of research papers.

Application deadlines are shown in the table below. Applications received after these deadlines most likely will not be approved.
